If you want continuous follow-up: Premium Package

Designed for companies, churches or non-profits that need monthly follow-up, always updated dashboards and close support in decision-making.

How it works in practice

The process is simple, structured and always adapted to your reality. In general, the steps are as follows:

  1. 1. Initial contact
    You briefly explain your organisation, the type of data you have and what you would like to understand or improve.
  2. 2. Choice of package
    Together, we evaluate which package best fits your current situation and your priorities.
  3. 3. Sending the data
    You send the necessary spreadsheets or accesses, always with care and security. If needed, I guide you on how to organise the files.
  4. 4. Analysis and construction
    I handle the cleaning of the data, analysis and creation of the dashboards and reports agreed for the chosen package.
  5. 5. Delivery and explanation
    We schedule an online meeting where I present the results and explain the indicators in a simple and practical way.
  6. 6. Adjustments and follow-up
    Depending on the package, I make the necessary adjustments and, in the Premium package, continue with ongoing support month by month.

How you receive and use your dashboards

Depending on the package and your needs, dashboards can be delivered in different formats, always with the goal of making daily use as easy as possible.

Dashboards in Power BI

When the work is delivered in Power BI, you normally receive:

  • An interactive PBIX file to open with Power BI Desktop (free for Windows), where you can explore the dashboard, filter, click on charts and navigate between pages.
  • A PDF version for quick consultation, sharing and printing, even for those who do not use Power BI.

Along with the delivery, you receive a short guide with simple instructions to install Power BI Desktop, open the dashboard, refresh the data (when applicable) and get the most out of the visualisations.

Online dashboards in Google Looker Studio

For clients who prefer to access dashboards directly in the browser, without installing anything, there is also the option to publish reports in Google Looker Studio.

  • Access via a private link, using only a (free) Google account.
  • View on any device with internet access (computer, tablet or mobile phone).
  • Possibility to share the dashboard with other people in the organisation, while keeping control over who can access it.

For each project we decide together which delivery format makes the most sense – local file in Power BI, online dashboard in Looker Studio, PDF, or a combination of these options.
