How the process works

The goal is that you know exactly what will happen at each stage of the project, from the first contact to the website launch and the initial support after delivery.

Step-by-step overview

  1. First contact and understanding of your project.
  2. Sending materials and defining the scope.
  3. Proposal, package selection and project confirmation.
  4. Design and development of the website.
  5. Revisions included in the chosen package.
  6. Launch on your domain and final delivery.
  7. Initial support after delivery (when included).

The whole process is carried out with clear communication, so you can feel confident at each step, even if you are not from a technical background.

1. First contact

You get in touch via form, email or WhatsApp and briefly explain what you need: type of website, target audience and main goals.

At this point you do not need to have everything defined. The idea is to understand the overall context of the project.

2. Materials and scope

Then we align the scope and the materials needed to start the work. This includes logo, texts, photos, colours and the main information about your business or project.

The development timeline starts once all essential material is sent.

3. Proposal and start

Based on your needs, I recommend the most suitable package (Starter, Professional or Premium) or, when necessary, a custom project.

After your approval, we confirm prices and deadlines, and the project begins with a 50% upfront payment.

4. Design and development

I start by defining the website structure (menus, sections and pages) and the main layout. Then I develop the site using HTML, CSS and JS, always focusing on readability, organization and performance.

During this phase, you may see progress in test versions, depending on the chosen package.

5. Revisions

After the first complete version, you review the site and send adjustments, within the number of revision rounds included in your package (2, 3 or 4 rounds, depending on the plan).

Adjustments that go beyond the original scope (new pages, new integrations or major content changes) can be agreed separately, with full transparency.

6. Launch and delivery

Once the site is approved, I publish it on your chosen domain, using the hosting you already have or helping you choose a suitable option.

At this stage the remaining 50% payment is made and you receive a backup of the project in ZIP format, together with basic usage guidelines.

7. Initial support

In packages that include support after delivery (such as the Premium plan), there is a follow-up period for small adjustments, questions and general guidance.

This support is focused on helping you feel confident using your website in daily life.

What you should prepare

To make the project faster and more organized, it is helpful to prepare some items before or during the first stages.

  • Logo in good resolution (when available).
  • Colour palette or visual references you like.
  • Main texts (who you are, what you do, services, contact details).
  • Good quality photos (team, space, products, etc.).
  • Links to reference websites you admire.
  • Links to your social media profiles to integrate into the site.
  • Information about domain and hosting, if you already have them.

These do not have to be perfect. When necessary, I can help refine texts and structure, especially in the more comprehensive packages.

How the packages fit into the process

Starter: focused on a simpler, straightforward website with fewer pages and revisions, ideal for those who need to start their online presence with clarity and speed.

Professional: includes more pages, a more customized design, additional integrations and speed optimization – recommended for businesses or projects with more information.

Premium: in addition to more pages, it includes support with content optimization, a bilingual version (PT/EN), advanced integrations, a performance report and post-delivery support.

In every package, the general flow is the same: alignment, development, revisions, launch and final delivery. What changes is the depth, number of pages and level of follow-up.
