The plans were designed for WordPress, which is the most widely used platform. If your site uses another technology, get in touch and I can evaluate a custom solution.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. The change takes effect in the next billing cycle.
Not necessarily. The Essential Plan works with any hosting. The Presence and Performance plans include optimised hosting, but if you prefer to keep yours, I can adapt the services.
No — domain and hosting are separate costs. The domain is always yours, registered in your name, and the yearly renewal (from the 2nd year on) is paid by you directly to the registrar. If you prefer, I register it for you for a one-off fee (from R$ 90 / €25) that already covers the 1st year and pointing the website to it.
With regular backups and 24/7 monitoring, the chance is minimal. But if it happens, I restore your site from the most recent backup at no additional cost within your plan.
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel at any time. I believe service quality is what keeps clients, not a contract.
