Frequently asked questions
Is the preview really free? What's the catch?
No catch. I prepare a visual preview of your new website's homepage, with your own identity, at no cost and no commitment. If you like it, we move forward with the project; if you don't, the preview is discarded and it cost you nothing. It's the most honest way for you to evaluate the work before investing.
Does the preview show the whole site or just one page?
The free preview shows the design of the homepage, which is where the website's visual style is most evident. The remaining pages (about, services, contact, etc.) follow the same approved visual style and are only built after you move forward with the project, within the 7–14 day delivery window.
How long until the website is ready?
Once approved, a landing page is ready in up to 7 days and a full website in up to 14 days, already published on your domain. Traditional agencies usually take 4 to 8 weeks.
What do I need to send?
The basics: your logo (if you have one), copy or bullet points about the business, photos and the contact details that should appear. If something's missing — even the logo — I guide you and help put it together.
Are hosting and domain included?
They are two separate costs. Hosting can be part of the monthly maintenance plan: the Presence plan (R$ 159 / €59 per month) includes professional hosting, an SSL certificate, professional e-mail and weekly backup; the Essential plan (R$ 89 / €29 per month) covers updates, monitoring and support for those who already have hosting. The domain is always yours, registered in your name from day one — the yearly renewal, from the 2nd year on, is paid by you directly to the registrar. If you prefer, I register it for you for a one-off fee (from R$ 90 / €25) that already includes pointing the website to it.
Can I edit the website myself afterwards?
With the WordPress option, yes: you get a simple panel to change text and photos and publish updates, with training included. With the HTML options, changes are handled by me within the maintenance plan — just ask.
I already have an old website. Do you reuse anything?
Yes. I review your current website, reuse what works (copy, photos, domain and Google history) and rebuild the design and structure. The migration happens without the site ever going offline.
After approval, can I still request adjustments?
Yes. You approve the final result, and even after approving it, you're still entitled to one free round of adjustments, up to 2 hours of work: text swaps, photos and other small fixes. It's not a project overhaul — structural changes, new pages or new features come as a separate, new scope.
